"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." (1 Corinthians 3:4-7)
| | ah zhong mian xian stall is a 'must' to go to at xi men ding... it's just a small stall selling mian xian and there's no place for you to sit down to eat but it is still very famous. only one flavour of mian xian available there and a lot of people queuing up for that... it's so delicious... guys, next time if go to xi men ding, must stop by there to have a try... |
Went to night market at Shi Lin, got a glance of 'salivary' food... 'Slurps..' Chou Tofu... Finally can taste chou tofu.. it really taste like those 'unclean' pork small intestine... but it really taste good even though it's smelly.... Egg fried with oyster... one of my favourite... 'qin wa zhuan nai', the name of the drink... to me, it's pearl milk tea... don't know why they name it so weird... 'qin wa' = frog... maybe the pearl looks like frog egg somehow.... but this is the best pearl milk tea i ever drank so far...
| | Went to taiwan to attend my cousin's wedding and they are Jia Qi & Mei Shan... Wish them 'bai tou xie lau & zhao sheng gui zi'....

| | One of the places that I like to visit most is Taiwan... because of FOOD..... been watching a lot of nice food to eat from tv and finally I can taste it....
sharing some of the places that I have been in Taiwan... a very nice place to eat and shop.... |
Thanks to the trip from Brunei to Taiwan, I've stepped into Sabah for the first time. Checked-in to Hotel Promenade because my grandfather need to rest a while and also waiting for boarding to Taiwan... This is the view from the window of our room... quite a nice view... | | I decided to treat my mum since it's a mother's day and this is my first time treating my mum and family out for a dinner... it was raining but it didn't stop us from going out because i insisted to go out to eat and give my mum a treat... me and my sis don't know where to eat so we decided to call our brother to give some ideas of where to go and ask him to join us because he already went out... he just suggested one place and that is 'tian mi mi' at kiulap...
this is my first ever dinner outside with my mum since i came back from perth...
Just want to say, Mum, Happy Mother's Day... Love you... |

| | Mother's day eve, johnny decided to celebrate mother's day with all the mummy(s), so he decided to call us there to have a wonderful night of mother's day celebration. most of my cousins were there to boost the environment. you know, with most of the kids around, the environment will be very warm...
as usual, if i'm going out with my family, i'll be the one who will be driving... can't really remember exactly where his house is, just know how to reach there if i manage to pass by the junction... i only get to know where his house is until i pass by the junction, so i have to do a U-turn to get back there... reached his house around 7.30pm... to my surprises, we are the the first to reach his house... i thought we were late because this suppose to be a dinner gathering... hehehe...
Now, here come my first ever, i notice something blinking in the air after i get down the car, and to my surprise, this is my first time seeing fire flies... they really blink beautifully... I only get to see fire flies normally from the tv and i don't think there blink this beautifully...
we really spent a great mother's day night at his place because most of the occasion will be held at my place... and i guess this is the first time that johnny's wife celebrated mother's day as a mum even though the baby hasn't been born yet...
well, happy mother's day to all the mummys...... |
One little sin, what harm can it do?
Give it free reign and soon there are two.
Then sinful deeds and habits ensue—
Guard well your thoughts, lest they control you. —DJD
The garden of our heart needs constant weeding and care.
Do a deed of simple kindness;
Though its end you may not see,
It will reach like widening ripples
Down a long eternity. —Anon.

To change can be a wonderful prospect,
Though often it’s met with resistance;
The transformation begins within us
And will take a lot of persistence. —Hess

| | never thought of i will buy 2 boxes of fruits with that amount of money which is $10 per box... it was cheap....
yew jinn and i were craving for fruits this summer so we plan to go to fruit orchard and hopefully to get a great deal there... then we decided to ask andy, danny and shi pei to come along with us... never been to fruit orchard, so i'm kinda excited to visit... back in brunei, i can only buy fruits like orange, apple, peach, pear and many more from supermarket...
it took us almost 45 minutes to reach the first fruits orchard... the price of the fruits there was more or less the same as what we have in perth... shi pei bought a kilo of nectarine which cost her $3.50...
we wanted to visit the orchard, so we asked for permission... and they allowed us to walk around... didn't manage to walk through the whole orchard because it was too big but i guess we manage to see what fruits they have in their orchard....
we decided to look for another fruit orchard because me and yew jinn didn't get what we wanted and we are sure that, there will be another fruit orchard near by... it only took us 10 minutes to find another fruit orchard.... hopefully, we can get a great deal there....
once we reached there, we saw nectarine cost $1.50 per kilo... after browsing around, we were attracted to the fruit ice cream... danny decided to get one, it taste fantastic... very fruity taste is all what i can say... andy asked for whether do they sell fruits in bulk... and yeah.... they do.... we ask for one box of peach first because they allowed us to taste it.... the worker open up the 'huge store room for the fruits' and we saw boxes of fruits there... and it was very cold inside... we have to choose the fruits inside so the only thing i can do is to walk in and out because i can't stand the coldness... thanks to andy because he is the only one who choose the fruits inside... we saw nectarine inside also, so we decided to get one box too.... $20 for 2 boxes of fruit and i guess it weight 11kg per box...
after the visiting the fruit orchards and got what we wanted, we decided to visit around the place since we are there.... we got to a place where we can a have great view of erm.... don't know where's that... so can't narrate much... hehehe... lake side view is our next destination, from there we can have a city view... and over there, yew jinn and shi pei can play a huge chess there too... |

| | my first cricket playing at city beach... it is not as easy as i thought... it was very hard to play... that's why i didn't choose cricket as my favourite... i couldn't even hit the ball even a single time then i decided to give up... went to walk along the beach with jerome and yew jinn while the others still playing with cricket...
it was a clear blue sky when i reached there and it was very windy... there's a storm in down south so it was very cold in the morning with the strong wind blowing towards us.... we waited in the car for quite sometime before we came out from the car... as usual, darrell is late... then here come the cricket game...
2 hours later, the sun start to shine and i can feel the warm.... then it turn out to be quite hot... after the cricket game, some of us decided to go to 'wet' themselves since we were at the beach... i decided not to...
after the beach, we went to cambridge food court to have our lunch there... was so tempted to order 'hainamese chicken rice' but in the end i ordered the side dishes because i was too hungry.... been crying for hunger since the morning when we were still at the beach....
after the lunch, we went to the other side of perth.... went to garden city for some shopping....everyone looks very tired there.... maybe guys don't like to shop.... hehehe...
|

| | my 2nd time of ice skating and the very 1st time of ice skating in perth.... didn't know that i have improve since the 1st time in KL.... it was kinda fun and i felt once right at the butt and i still can feel a bit pain now since is just yesterday i went to ice skating.... |

| | we had a dinner at new year eve and it was so delicious.... can't remember which restaurant we went to but hope to go back there again.... after the dinner, we went to watch night service at BPCWA then, went to east perth to count down.... we fire works started before 12 so everyone of us was busy watching the fire works and i was busy taking photos... hahaha.... greeted everyone happy new year while watching the fire works... the fire works lasted for about 25 minutes....
went to my friend, you jin, house the chit chat because we had decided to go king's park to watch the very first sunrise of 2007.... the sunrise was just so beautiful....
Happy New Year Everyone!!! |

| | First time to go crabbing... can't really imagine that i catch crab just like that... went to mandurah which is south perth... erm.. about 1 hour and 30 minutes away from perth city... it was so fun... but too bad don't know where's all the crab hidden.... we only manage to catch 5 crabs that day but anyway, we decided to go back there again on february for more crabs.... see you crab.... |

| | Rottnest Island is a very beautiful island to visit especially the beaches and it's my first time to see a pink lake there and i have taken the photos of the pink lake but it seems like it's not that pinkish in the photos... Too bad i only have a limited of time because the last ferry back to perth is at 4pm and i reached rottnest island at 1pm.... so don't have enough time to finish touring around rottnest island... will be going back for the 2nd time to finish the rest..... the scenery is too beautiful.... thank God for His wonderful creation.... |
